ELEVATE: Augusta

Elevate's goal is to introduce urban students to positive and caring adults who can ensure they don't have to navigate life's toughest challenges alone.They employe full-time staff who represent the community they serve. Part teacher, part mentor, part life coach, their dedicated team members make themselves available 24/7 to build relationships with students. The strength of these relationships is developed through four key program components--Accredited Classes, Mentoring, Adventure, and College & Career. PLACE OF HOPE

Place of Hope is a faith-based, state-licensed children and families organization, supporting children, youth, and families in desperate need.

They are one of the largest and most diverse residential organizations serving children and families in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. They offer housing and support services designed to end the cycles of neglect, homelessness and poverty.

Place of Hope strives to bring true healing and restoration, so their youth & families can lead healthy, successful lives.

FOUNDCARE RIVIERA BEACH: Community Health Center

Our support will help establish a state-of-the-art community health center for low-income residents of the Riviera Beach community. By investing in the pediatric unit, we are helping to create a space that fosters healing, inspires hope, and promotes lasting well-being. Due to Vivienne's deep love and affection for babies and children, the pediatric center will be named in her and Gary's honor. Read more about the new health center here: FoundCare.

FAMILY REACH: Financial Support for Families Facing Cancer

Family Reach helps people with cancer afford everyday needs like food and housing during treatment. Their work advocates for the people behind the diagnosis and envisions a world where no one has to choose between their health and their home. We have partnered with Family Reach, ensuring that families with children who face a cancer diagnosis don't lose their homes or other everyday needs.
